  • You love the cooking process — from prep to cleanup, from raw to finished
  • 1+ year experience in a kitchen, bakery, food production, skincare, or cannabis prep is a plus
  • Excellent time management — you know how to stick to timelines and batch plans
  • Naturally organized, clean, and methodical in your work
  • Able to follow instructions and quality standards precisely
  • Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Passion for natural healing and clean ingredients is a bonus

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re looking for someone who loves the process of creating – someone who finds joy in transforming raw, natural ingredients into healing salves, sprays, and skincare. As a Cooking Operator, you’ll be a key part of the MyMagicHealer production team, working in our kitchen to turn certified raw materials into high-quality, small-batch formulas with care, precision, and purpose.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Cook and batch formulas according to exact SOPs and GMP standards
  • Follow step-by-step procedures to prepare balms, oils, and herbal infusions
  • Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials (herbs, waxes, oils, butters) with consistency
  • Operate cooking and mixing equipment safely (hot plates, melters, mixers, etc.)
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
  • Keep accurate records of batch times, ingredients, and yields
  • Coordinate with labelling and packaging teams to ensure smooth production flow
  • Communicate low inventory levels of raw materials to management
  • Assist with receiving and storing raw materials in a food-safe environment
  • Contribute to process improvement and efficiencies over time
