About the role Join our team at Chef Fresh as a Cooking Operator where you will play a critical role in producing quality products for Coles! You will be responsible for operating a range of large scale production equipment including Kettles, WOK’s and Ovens where you will follow safe food quality processes and procedures to deliver high quality products. This is a nightshift position working 10PM - 6AM Monday to Friday. About you and your skills • Previous food manufacturing industry experience. • Cert II in Food Processing or commercial cookery experience with experience in food safety management (HACCP/Food Quality/WHS) • Batch cooking experience highly desirable. • Ability to work in a temperature-controlled production environment. • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline driven organisation. • High attention to detail, through a strong focus on safety, food safety and quality whilst maintaining production efficiency. • Willingness to work independently and part of a team.
