Position: Other Chef/Cook, Italian Chef/Cook, Cook Duties include: ・
General cooking duties for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner at a restaurant ・
Preparation, cooking, and plating of ingredients
・Inventory management and quality control of ingredients
・Development and proposal of seasonal and event menus
・Cleaning and hygiene management of the kitchen (HACCP compliant)
・Implementation of smooth kitchen operations in cooperation with team members
We are looking for the following people

At least 2 years of cooking experience

Experience cooking in restaurants or hotels is welcome Experience cooking
