As we continue to grow and expand our teams, we are currently seeking COOKS for our diversified locations.
Reporting to the Chef, the COOKS is responsible for safely preparing dishes required for a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate should be motivated by an appetite for food and developing knowledge of various cooking techniques.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• FOODSAFE certification is an asset
• 2 year’s experience in a similar role
• Strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
• Energetic with a passion for food and a positive outlook
• Able to follow oral and written instructions
• Experience as a line cook - grilling, frying, sautéing, chopping, etc.
• Likes to work as part of a team
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
