We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in food preparation and handling. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in meal preparation
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff

Responsibilities
  • Able to adapt to diverse menu and service type (concession food preparation as well as seat down dinners, for small and large groups)
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality
  • Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation
