RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES * Prepare food for service. Using approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control  * Maintain safety standards while using knives and other food preparation equipment. * Assists in controlling product costs by ensuring the proper management of product waste. * Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met. * Speed and efficiency are of the utmost importance.
