Job Summary: * Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the warehouse; including but not limited to: * 1. Hold team accountable to company policies: Attendance, Safety-First, etc. * 2. Ensure Load out is accurate and completed timely * 3. Ensure all safety training is completed * Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies and procedures with regard to picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory management. * Train and evaluate warehouse staff on effective inventory techniques and daily tasks. * Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and product loss control. * Schedule and manage warehouse team members. * Ensure all equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, and fleet trucks are properly maintained and inspection practices are followed. * Ability to work in cold (non-weather) temperatures. * Facilitates teamwork throughout the facility and promotes a positive self-image. * Ensure local level, corporate, and regulatory rules, regulations and policies are adhered to. * Responsible for expense control, including shrink, labor and overhead costs in the Cooler. * Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures regarding Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and Quality standards. * Responsible for employee performance evaluations and discipline. * Ensure the proper load out process is maintained. * Conduct and organize finished product inventory, review product availability and code dates daily. * Ensure good housekeeping is maintaine3d at all times. * Maintains an air of professionalism and communicates effectively. * Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making ability. * Ability to prioritize and follow up on previous activities. * Other duties as assigned. 2nd Shift
