JD Title: Cooling ETO(Engineer to order) product Execution Manager SUMMARY OF JOB: Responsible for executing the Design projects of the Cooling products such as CDU, Inroom & Chiller. Executing the project schedule by Delivering ontime Product design ,BOM review,Costing and Proto build of the units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and customer expectations. Interacting with Business development team to analyze the feasibility of design changes as per project requirement and provide the Project schedule. Wellversed with BOM creation , 3D Modelling review and Product costing Involving in Qve (Quality value engineering) to meet the product target price. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Sustainable Executing the project schedule by Delivering Ontime Product design ,BOM review,Costing and Proto validation. Interacting with cross fucntional teams for the material arrangement and and proto build plan Ensuring Product Design realsed for production complying to the ETO request received from Marketing. Preparing the project plan and lead time of the units by reviewing the material Leadtime and production feasibility. Sucessful execution of protobuild plan by doing Material shortage report review for the protobuild. Final BOM relase for product mass production after sucessful validation of protobuild and necessary BOC/ECN update. Supporting Vendor development and parts validation for the protobuild and creating support documents for PPAP Preparing design documents (DFMEA, CP, Feasibility review) Production document handover & Solving Production issues related to design. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in air conditioning product design and development. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations in all engineering activities. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or equivalent EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED: 6-8 years Industrial experience, worked in Manuafacturing Industry prefrably from the cooling products. Experience in managing team of different expertise. (electrical ,costing & Planning ) TRAVEL: Occasional (20%) Travel (International or Domestic) is Required.
