For example, one of the different actions reconciling the values ​​mentioned above: https://www.se.com/ww/en/work/campaign/innovation/overview.jsp POSITION SUMMARY: In this role, you will provide, worldwide, expert level technical support to SE Field Services Representatives (FSRs) and Certified Service Partners (CSPs) for repair, maintenance and start-up activities on Cooling Products (Precision Air Conditioners as InRoom-InRow, and Chillers) intended mainly for Data Center applications. You will have to provide adequate guidance, remotely and on-site, in order to solve problems related to the installation, operation and application of the aforementioned products. If necessary, you will have to work jointly with other company functions (R&D and Offer Quality Engineering, Customer Satisfaction & Quality teams, Marketing and Application Engineering) in order to receive the necessary support solve the field issues. You will be in the move of the IoT revolution where all Schneider connected products will provide key information to allow predictive, advanced maintenance & remote troubleshooting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 50%25 => Provide technical support on Cooling Products on BFO, via e-mail/phone/video or through remote connections to SE FSRs and CSPs 10%25 => Contribute to the creation of technical bulletins (Field Service Bulletin, Method of Procedure and Known Event) describing the problem solving on Cooling Products 5%25 => Contribute to the quality improvement of the products on current portfolio collaborating with Cooling LOB (Offer Quality Leaders/ CS&Q) 5%25 => Contribute to the management of the Advanced FSRs Community by creating Knowledge sharing content 5%25 => Update the content of the FSR database for Cooling Products 5%25 => Contribute to the development of the training modules collaborating with Training teams 5%25 => Contribute to release new cooling products with connected capabilities allowing predictive & advanced maintenance enhancing remote troubleshooting capabilities 5%25 => Contribute to improve procedures for development of FSR Service Tools. SECONDARY DUTIES: Visit customers WW to discuss and analyze unsolved technical issues on Cooling Products. Participation to validation tests on Cooling Products at customer site. Drafting of technical on-site intervention reports. Present Advanced FSRs Community topics at monthly meetings, providing continuous feedback to Community leaders about team members participation and involvement. Share technical knowledge and daily experience within the team. Team-work and solidarity between team members. Becoming expert on Cooling products and even on the Cooling solutions. EDUCATION: Degree in Engineering preferably in thermodynamic or energetic field. WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years of work experience related to Field Services activities or R&D product development on cooling products. PROFILE: Fluent English (oral and written) Good thermodynamic knowledge and cooling experience are mandatory Good verbal and written communication skills Team-work capabilities Capability to self-assess & follow-up your own performance Flexibility and ability to learn fast
