JOB OVERVIEW:

Skodtec Cleaning is a leading cleaning company in Dubai, specializing in professional and high-standard cleaning solutions. We are expanding our technical cleaning team and seeking an experienced Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician to ensure safe, efficient, and hygienic maintenance of cooling towers across residential, commercial and industrial facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of proven experience in cooling tower cleaning and maintenance (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling tower operations and chemical handling.
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors, in confined spaces and at heights.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Experience:

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver’s License (Required)

• Perform complete cleaning, descaling, and disinfection of cooling towers to meet hygiene and operational standards.
• Inspect cooling towers for scale, rust, algae and microbial growth and apply proper cleaning methods.
• Use approved chemicals, high-pressure equipment, and mechanical tools for effective cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety and environmental regulations during cleaning tasks.
• Assist in basic water treatment and filtration procedures to maintain tower performance.
• Document service reports and communicate findings to supervisors and clients.
• Work efficiently in a team to complete projects on schedule.
