We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. Duties:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the organization.
  • Assist project managers in preparing travel plans, meeting agendas, and client materials.
  • Travel with project managers to attend meetings and assist with business negotiations.
  • Coordinate and manage periodic travel requirements, with all travel expenses covered by the company.
  • Take notes, draft summaries, and follow up with reports and action plans.
  • Help with internal coordination and communication between departments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
  • Uphold high standards of organization, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Work effectively under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities .

SKILLS:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Administration, Immigration Law, International Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within Newfoundland and Labrador for business purposes (occasional travel within the province with full expenses covered).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, team player, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
