Key Roles and Responsibilities Health, Safety & Compliance * Attend general safety induction and mine-specific safety training * Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and site safety rules * Use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times Learning & Reporting * Prepare weekly learning summaries or short presentations * Participate in on‑the‑job training sessions and supervisor feedback * Complete assigned training tasks and final evaluation Learning Outcomes By the end of the training, the trainee will: * Understand basic mining operations and workflows * Demonstrate awareness of safety requirements in mining environments

Responsibilities
