How you will contribute You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team. Principais responsabilidades Liderar o fluxo de admissões, garantindo qualidade, organização e cumprimento de prazos Atuar como ponto focal entre Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefícios e demais stakeholders Mapear, analisar e otimizar processos, identificando gargalos e propondo melhorias Acompanhar indicadores da operação (SLA, tempo de admissão, qualidade de dados, etc.) Acompanhar dashboards (Excel, Power BI), trazendo visibilidade e direcionamento para tomada de decisão Atuar de forma consultiva, influenciando decisões e propondo melhorias local e globalmente Garantir governança e padronização dos processos, com foco em eficiência e escalabilidade Requisitos Formação superior em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas Experiência com processos de administração de pessoal / admissão (desejável) Experiência com análise de dados, acompanhamento de indicadores e dashboards Forte capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico Perfil estruturado, com senso de urgência e capacidade de priorização Boa comunicação e habilidade de adaptação a diferentes stakeholders Inglês avançado Experiência com Excel e/ou Power BI Diferenciais Experiência com Workday, ADP ou sistemas similares Vivência com integração de sistemas (ex: Gupy) Conhecimento em processos end-to-end de Talent Acquisition Experiência com melhoria contínua, automação ou transformação de processos Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis Perfil esperado Pessoa com atitude, senso crítico e disposição para questionar o status quo Capacidade de navegar em ambientes dinâmicos e com múltiplas demandas Boa leitura de cenário e habilidade de comunicação com diferentes níveis da organização Perfil colaborativo, com postura de parceria e construção conjunta com as áreas Capacidade de equilibrar visão estratégica com execução operacional A posição está baseada em São Paulo, SP (modelo híbrido, 50% presencial).
