Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be required to participate in coordinating project logistics activities and maintaining data in automation tools and reports. You will attend meetings with service subcontractors, and assist in performing field inspection of camp, lodging, dining, transportation, or sanitation conditions. You will identify deficiencies and interface with others to resolve routine issues related to craft logistics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Hospitality and Tourism or any other related to the role and minimum of 3 years of Service related experience for an EPC/EPCM company.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Providing the service in a high-pressure project environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Entering, maintaining, and updating, as required, data in IR/WS/LR craft logistics automation tools and reports
  • Assisting in the coordination, and interfacing with others to resolve routine or minor issues related to camp, catering, transportation, or other craft logistics and field inspections on camp rooms, kitchens, buses, lunch tents, dining areas, or other areas associated with craft logistics.
  • Attending meetings with service subcontractors.
  • Planning and implementing the camp operation services, accommodation, cleaning, laundry, food and others that were necessary for the Project staff.
  • Working with the project’s food service contractor to ensure effective and timely allocation of food to on-site construction personnel for the morning rest period and lunch break.
  • Working with the operation and maintenance service contractor of the camp facilities and facilities to ensure the infrastructure and preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Maintaining all necessary records in accordance with project procedures.
