JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will participate in coordinating project logistics activities and maintaining data in automation tools and reports. You will attend meetings with service subcontractors, and assist in performing field inspection of camp, lodging, dining, transportation, or sanitation conditions. You will identify deficiencies and interface with others to resolve routine issues related to craft logistics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Requires bachelor’s degree in Military or Police Sciences (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience. Desirable to have specializations in risk management, intelligence, crisis management and/or research.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of the legislation on private security and protection, SUCAMEC Standards and industrial and occupational safety standards.
  • Knowledge of electronic security systems, alarms, CCTV, access control, radio communication, satellite telephony, GPS unit monitoring, CCTV, fire fighting systems, etc.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and control team activities as well as manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written expression, ability to relate to people at different levels and convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledge of asset security management systems with the ability to identify risks, evaluate situations and make quick and effective decisions.
  • Experience in the use of computer tools: Office, Word, Wxcel, PPT, IA, dashboard, Power BI.
  • Have a driver’s license.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating activities within WFS team to ensure smooth operation of camp, transport, catering, or other activities and maintains current data in the information systems.
  • Performing field inspections of camp, lodging, dining, transportation, or sanitation conditions and identifies deficiencies.
  • Interfacing with others to resolve routine issues related to Craft Logistics.
  • Identifying topics to be addressed in contractual letters.
  • Coordinating surveillance activities and security rounds.
  • Carrying out regular inspections of safety facilities and equipment.
  • Preparing reports on the activities carried out and the incidents that have occurred.
  • Implementing and keep the security protocols updated.
  • Collaborating with other areas of the organization in risk management.
