Join our team, to work, lead and win #LikeABosch Descripción del empleo Advanced Machining Engineer plays a critical leadership role in driving manufacturing innovation and operational excellence at the plant level. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of new production technologies and processes, including the evaluation, selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and optimization of equipment and production lines. A key focus of this role is to ensure the successful integration of new technologies that align with the company’s strategic goals for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Will also lead cross-functional teams in process development and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with Lead Plants standards and best practices worldwide. In addition to plant-level responsibilities, represents the facility in global and regional forums, contributing to the development, standardization, and deployment of innovative manufacturing solutions across the organization. This role requires strong collaboration with engineering, operations, maintenance, program managers and corporate technical teams to ensure scalable and cost-effective process improvements.
