JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be required to participate in coordinating project logistics activities and maintaining data in automation tools and reports. You will attend meetings with service subcontractors, and assist in performing field inspection of camp, lodging, dining, transportation, or sanitation conditions. You will identify deficiencies and interface with others to resolve routine issues related to craft logistics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Requires Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering (or international equivalent) or any other related to the role and Minimum of 3 years of Service related experience for an EPC/EPCM company.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Experience in developing plans and implementing processes and procedures.
  • The provision of staff transportation for more than 2000 employees - including suppliers, concierge and cleaning, maintenance, commercial and management services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in coordinating continuous improvement projects for internal clients and employee populations.
  • Experience in research and reporting and statistical data collection.
  • Knowledge in requirements analysis, work processes, spreadsheets and flowchart applications.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating activities within WS team to ensure smooth operation of camp, transport, catering, or other activities and maintains current data in the information systems.
  • Performing field inspections of camp, lodging, dining, transportation, or sanitation conditions and identifies deficiencies.
  • Interfacing with others to resolve routine issues related to Craft Logistics.
  • Identifying topics to be addressed in contractual letters.
  • Planning and implementing the internal and external tr.ansportation services of the project staff and other related services that were necessary for the Project staff.
  • Working with Bechtel representatives and subcontractors to ensure effective and efficient assignment of project personnel transportation for local and non-local staff, including all associated administration, in accordance with Project transportation procedures.
  • Attending or designating a transportation representative to attend the weekly area meetings. Ensuring that information or actions from this meeting are passed on to members of the transportation team.
  • Supervising of the personnel of the carriers, including all associated administration, in accordance with the Project procedures and applicable legislation.
  • Preparing of weekly/monthly summary reports on personnel transportation activities and other service-related reports.
