POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Training Coordinator based in Nogales, MX. This role will report directly to the Human Resource Manager. The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, executing, and overseeing training and development programs to ensure the workforce is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to excel in their roles and contribute to the plant’s operational goals.

• Collaborate with department managers, supervisors, and HR to conduct a thorough analysis of training and development needs across various roles
• Assess performance gaps, industry trends, and evolving business needs to create targeted training programs
• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all employees, focusing on technical skills, safety protocols, quality control, leadership development, and soft skills. Customize programs for different employee levels (entry-level, skilled labor, leadership) to drive engagement and productivity
• Lead and enhance the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are fully integrated into the company culture and trained on key operational processes, safety measures, and job-specific skills
