Description

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develop and process electronic and written communications requested by different functional areas to AutoZoners field. Ensure the quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all delivered communications and that messages are consistent with company standards.
  • Manage DOC mantaining its layout coordinating the DOC Commette members. Coordinate information of the new site with the departments involved. Update information constantly to keep the site fresh and full of new information. Manage discount coupons for friends and family, and AutoZoners. Constant communication with Memphis team to make this possible.
  • Coordinate the purchase and sale of articles of clothing. Make orders according to the needs of the field, coordinate logistics import merchandise management, bill payment and administration of payroll recesses of our AutoZoners. Implement a system of buying direct from Store.
  • Assist in coordination, implementation and communication of employee activities such as National Sales Meeting, Sales Leadership Council, Mid Year Meetings, and special events. Ensure timely delivery of the Sabías Que (Shop Talk) program each period.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Communications or Business Administration
Years of Experience: One to two years.
Type of Experience: Experience in the communications industry, marketing or business
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills. MicroSoft office proficiency.
Other/Preferred: Experience in operations. Event organizing/coordination

Responsibilities

Assists in all matters related to the development and delivery of communication practices in Mexico ensuring they are effective and aligned with U.S. practices and company values. Develops policies & procedures using company’s accepted writing methodology. Ensures accountability and completeness for all aspects of Communications activities.
