Responsibilities
  • Establish and manage relationships with clients, community partners, volunteers, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Deliver informative and engaging presentations about our program to community partners and prospective clients, both virtually and in person.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations and their staff to foster sustainable and effective collaboration.
  • Execute key program activities, including client outreach and recruitment, intake, onboarding, regular follow-ups, and support.
  • Participate in program events, job fairs, and other activities as needed.
  • Plan, organize, and co-facilitate regular group sessions with clients as required.
  • Support the planning, organization, and recruitment of facilitators for client workshops.
  • Monitor the implementation of program processes and policies to deliver high-quality services and ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Create and update client files, program documents and presentations, filing them in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate positive relationships within the program team, with other departments, and with stakeholders at large.
  • Program Evaluation: Continuously assess the program’s effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement. Implement necessary changes based on evaluation findings.
    Other duties may be assigned as needed.
