We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinating Sales Merchandiser to ensure APD Pharma products are well presented and stocked at key retail outlets across Singapore. This role is essential in maintaining product visibility, driving in-store promotions, and supporting sales activities in coordination with the sales and branding teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Secondary School or NITEC; Diploma preferred.
  • At least 1+ year experience in merchandising, retail operations, or field support (FMCG/pharma/healthcare preferred).
  • Familiar with supermarket and pharmacy retail chains like NTUC FairPrice, Unity, Guardian, Watsons.
  • Physically active and comfortable with frequent travel between store locations.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Able to use mobile devices for basic reporting or photo submission.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Merchandiser will play a vital role in ensuring excellent product visibility, execution, and in-store support across assigned outlets. This role also involves managing promoters , coordinating schedules , and working closely with store team leaders/supervisors to drive sales performance and customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all product displays, shelves, and promotional materials are well-stocked, neat, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit merchandising standards and gather market insights.
  • Manage and assign promoters to various outlets based on store needs and campaign priorities.
  • Coordinate with outlet team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth execution of in-store promotions and events.
  • Monitor sales performance at assigned outlets and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Track inventory levels, product replenishment, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives and provide feedback on effectiveness.
