Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Coordinator (Academic Operations), School of Nursing and Midwifery. Responsibilities: Develop and update the Master Plan for undergraduate programs (BScN and PRN BScN) in coordination with faculty and academic leads. Prepare and finalize class schedules for all undergraduate cohorts. Facilitate student–faculty meetings and incorporate changes into the Master Plan. Manage the study plan for part-time PRN BScN students. Format and circulate Course Grids as per curriculum standards. Upload exam papers to the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Prepare and circulate credit hour sheets for approval and submission to the Registrar’s Office. Prepare and format mark sheets in coordination with faculty. Maintain records of missed or resit exams. Facilitate marks review and align with the Registrar’s Office for marks entry. Compile and submit Progression Reports (AsPr) as per timelines. Process and distribute Grade Rosters to faculty and academic leads. Ensure proper setup of multimedia, sound systems, and AV equipment for classes and seminars. Provide Zoom and IT/AV support for guest lectures and academic sessions. Troubleshoot IT/AV issues in coordination with the IT department and Exam Cell. Provide logistical support during assessments. Perform special assignments as delegated by the Manager, Academic Operations. Requirements: You should have: · Master’s degree (preferred). · 1–2 years of relevant experience. · Good interpersonal and communication skills. · Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications. · Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. · Fluency in written and spoken English.
