Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Coordinator (Academic Operations), School of Nursing and Midwifery. Responsibilities: Coordinate and ensure smooth functioning of the Graduate (MScN) Programme at SONAM. Serve as the key point of contact for students, faculty, and departments regarding academic and administrative matters. Manage logistics related to classes, venues, schedules, and program-specific requirements. Coordinate with the Office of the Registrar for admissions, student progression, and graduation processes. Assist in planning and organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points. Facilitate the thesis defense process by coordinating with examiners, faculty, and administrative staff. Provide administrative support for academic workshops, CPD courses, and conferences. Maintain systematic records of students and alumni while ensuring data confidentiality. Undertake other academic and administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager, Academic Operations. Requirements: You should have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or academic coordination role, preferably within a higher education institution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Good organizational and planning abilities with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software tools. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
