Some of what you will do: The Visual Design and Retail Operations Coordinator supports the National Operations team by creating high quality visual assets that enable clear, consistent execution across stores. This role also provides administrative and coordination support to help keep operational initiatives organized and on track. This position works closely with cross functional partners to support retail execution and national operations rollout activities.   Specifically, You Will: * Create clear, easy to use visual assets—including guides, playbooks, presentations, and rollout materials—to support consistent execution across all stores.  * Translate complex operational requirements into simple, practical visual tools that help field teams understand and execute quickly.  * Ensure all visual materials are brand aligned, high quality, and designed for real world usability, supporting national retail initiatives.  * Support national rollout activities by updating, organizing, and version controlling visual assets for accuracy and accessibility.  * Provide administrative and coordination support for key National Operations initiatives, helping keep projects organized and on track.  * Assist with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow ups to enable smooth execution of retail rollout programs.  * Maintain organized shared tools, files, and resources to ensure the field receives consistent, up to date operational content.   Some of what you need: * 2–4 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or visual communications (retail or operations environment highly preferred). * Proficiency with common design and presentation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative, PowerPoint, or equivalent). * Strong ability to simplify complex information into clear, practical visuals. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Strong collaboration skills to support multiple operational initiatives. * Effective communication and timeline management in a fast paced environment * Ability to support shared operational tools and resources to enable consistent execution   Some of what you will get: *  Associate discount * Health and Dental benefits * RRSP/DPSP * Performance bonuses * Learning & Development programs * And more...
