Description Summary/objective Digital Brand Architects (DBA) is seeking a Coordinator, Brand Partnerships in the West Hollywood office. This role is a hands-on opportunity to gain knowledge of the digital space by supporting the Brand Partnerships team. This position gives an in depth look at developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies for brands and agencies in industries such as fashion, beauty, beverage, automotive, food, and consumer goods. This is an opportunity to achieve a thorough understanding of influencer capabilities, to learn how to identify relevant influencers for campaigns, and be at the forefront of digital talent management. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 B.O.E. Requirements JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in campaign coordination, inclusive of working closely with the BP team to manage client satisfaction, ensuring a high volume of campaigns are seamlessly activated and executed. Assist with updating talent bios, case studies, decks and other creative materials for both internal and external use. Prepare and submit proposals and reports for influencer campaigns. Manage schedule and calendar for supervisor (communicate with high level executives, schedule meetings and calls). Accurately input and submit invoices for Finance department. Greet and welcome clients and guests with the upmost professionalism and direct incoming calls accordingly. Additional responsibilities as required. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years in Brand Partnerships or other related role DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS: Superior communication, both written and verbal Ability to effectively work with clients, as well as internal teams Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized Adherent to deadlines and follow-through Confidence and ability to understand deal memos between talent and brands and execute them Monitors and reads online media and blogs on a daily basis Digitally savvy, extremely hard-working, problem-solving and culturally aware Strong desire to work with digital talent SOFTWARE SKILLS: Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite Applications Shared doc drives/platforms such as BOX and Dropbox Presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe Design Suite (a plus) ABOUT DBA: DBA is the industry leader in the influencer management and marketing landscape, representing a world class portfolio of diverse social media-oriented personalities, creators, and publishers.
