WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Are you an experienced Early Childhood Educator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Do you enjoy leading and supporting a team of educators and community staff? Do you have experience supporting, training and developing remote community staff? Can you work autonomously and independently? If yes, we are looking for you!
This position is based in multiple locations within MacDonnell Regional Council area and approximately 75% of work time will require travel to and work in remote communities other than the base location - including overnight stays - in the MacDonnell Regional Council area of service. Relocation allowance can be provided for the right applicant.

Responsibilities
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience in developing and delivering early childhood programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally and linguistically diverse environment.
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate in Education and Care setting including CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma components.
  • NT Working with Childrens (Ochre) Card or the ability to obtain one
  • Satisfactory completion of a Criminal History Check
  • Ability to complete 4WD training
  • Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference.
