About your new role You will design and deliver a safe, effective, and fun OSHC service following Y values You will oversee a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program following My Time Our Place Volume II principals You will become a trusted leader in the community, working closely with Y NSW families, schools and charity partners to turn the Y’s global mission into local action You will manage a dynamic team of Educators, helping everyone's individual growth You will be able to follow our development pathway to learn new skills and build your career About you Y NSW staff love supporting their communities! Proficient in the use of technology and systems, such as Teams, Outlook and Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office, and internal management platforms Strong people manager To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience of and commitment to be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children Experience leading others Ability to critically reflect to develop innovative learning every day Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours Ability to work in a team seamlessly. Qualifications A Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent (Desired) Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 OR CHCPRT001 (Mandatory) Valid NSW Working with Children Check HLTAID004 /HLTAID012 - Current First Aid and CPR (Mandatory) Police Check (paid for by the Y) Who What Y?
