Proficient in the use of technology and systems, such as Teams, Outlook and Outlook Calendar, Microsoft Office, and internal management platforms  Strong people manager    To be successful in this role, you will have:   Experience of and commitment to be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children Experience leading others  Ability to critically reflect to develop innovative learning every day Availability to supervise Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care hours Ability to work in a team seamlessly.      Qualifications   A Diploma in Children's Services, or equivalent (Desired) Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk CHCPRT025 OR CHCPRT001 (Mandatory) Valid NSW Working with Children Check HLTAID004 /HLTAID012 - Current First Aid and CPR (Mandatory) Police Check (paid for by the Y)      Who What Y?   The Y NSW is a profit-for-purpose organisation focused on healthy living, social impact, and empowering young people.
