Description
General Function: Serves as the key institutional resource for the administration of the College’s student conduct and community standards framework. Responsible for ensuring fair, equitable, and legally compliant conduct processes that support student learning, institutional accountability, and a safe educational environment. The position exercises independent judgment in managing complex conduct matters, advising campus partners, interpreting and applying policy, and contributing to institutional risk mitigation related to student behavior, Title IX, and community standards. Provides outreach, and training related to student conduct, conflict resolution, and student rights and responsibilities; advises faculty, staff, and administrators on behavioral concerns and procedural options; and contributes to policy development and institutional planning efforts that promote civility, engagement, and compliance with applicable laws and best practices.
