Our team is looking for a Coordinator, Community Volunteer Experience, in Western Canada (Alberta/British Columbia), on a 12-month contract basis working 35 hours per week. • Delivers a positive volunteer experience throughout the life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and support.
• Drives staff-volunteer partnerships across community to foster volunteer engagement and build a strong volunteer pipeline.
• Supports volunteer engagement and recognition in partnership with the volunteer’s portfolio, such as identifying opportunities for growth and meaningful engagement with the organization.
• Provides input on volunteer strategy, such as identifying recruitment needs in collaboration with cross-portfolio colleagues
