CoverSafe is seeking a dedicated Area Coordinator to help us deliver top-tier service and support to our valued customers and partners. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, enjoys problem-solving, and loves being part of a winning team.
As an Area Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Regional Coordinator to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience, from the very first call through job completion. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, quoting, ordering, and customer communication.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Provide outstanding customer service while handling heavy call volume.
  • Create and update customer profiles, service orders, and payment details in our Pavin The Way system.
  • Explain CoverSafe’s maintenance plans, warranties, and service options with confidence and clarity.
  • Prepare and send quotes for new and replacement cover systems.
  • Schedule service and installations efficiently by geographic location.
  • Confirm appointments, send invoices, and process payments.
  • Support customers with questions, inquiries, or concerns, resolving issues with good judgment.
  • Build strong relationships with pool builders and repeat customers.
  • Assist with accounts receivable by following up on open invoices.
  • Accompany area leaders to meetings with prospective B2B customers.
