The Crew sceduling Coordinator’s main responsibility is to ensure that all Air Transat flights are adequately staffed. As a specialist in Canadian regulations, he/she ensures that all schedule changes respect collective agreement requirements. He/she will ensure positioning changes for all irregular operations.

1 to 3 years’ relevant airline experience.

  • Experience in managing complex schedules an asset.
  • Knowledge of AIMS, RADIXX, ACES or Sabre, a major asset.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written).
  • Organizational skills, collaboration, autonomy and thoroughness.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite and various technological tools

  • Operation daily management
  • Day-to-day management of operations, linked to flight crews.
  • Reservations of hotels and transportation for flight crew members;
  • Manage daily changes (after receiving FSN messages, alter the crew schedules) ;
  • Daily follow-up of manpower versus operations.
