• You are responsible for managing and coordinating booking changes.
• Comprehensive customer support for all booking and shipping-related inquiries in day-to-day business
• As an interface, you work closely with clients, internal teams, international agencies and external partners.
• Ensuring timely transport processing
• You provide support in claim management and clarify operational issues pragmatically and efficiently.
• Maintenance and updating of relevant customer, booking and shipping data in the systems
• Proactive, service-oriented communication with a focus on quality, reliability and customer satisfaction

WHAT YOU BRING

• You are a shipping clerk, a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or have completed other commercial training or studies – ideally with a focus on logistics.
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of sea freight or import/export.
• You impress with your strong communication skills towards internal and external contacts, as well as your excellent customer-oriented mindset.
• You enjoy working in a team
• You have an independent and solution-oriented work style and are a talented organizer.
