The CEPP Gabrielle-Roy is a licensed child care center located in Gabrielle-Roy School in Edmonton, Alberta, offering 88 spaces for children aged 1 to 5.
We are seeking a dynamic Coordinator to oversee our services for children aged 1 to 5, ensuring smooth communication with families and coordination with community partners.
You will serve as the link between the educational teams and families while providing daily support to educators.

• Plan, supervise, and ensure the smooth operation of the center
• Manage educators’ schedules and ensure compliance with staff-to-child ratios
• Ensure the application of policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Act as the main contact between the center, families, the school, and FPFA representatives
• Support the team in pedagogical and organizational matters
• Participate in administrative management: HR follow-up, payroll, budgeting, and purchasing
• Coordinate communications with families and partners
