SUMMARY

This position is responsible for coordinating administrative support to the development specialist and vice president and is also responsible for administrative and clerical support functions for the Corporate Partnership, Fund for Healthcare Leadership, and Healthcare Consultants Forum within the Development Program.
ACHE is a hybrid work environment, requiring 2 days per week in our Chicago loop office.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Previous administrative support experience preferred.
  • Strong technology skills and attention to detail required.
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, including Salesforce preferred.
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to concurrently address multiple projects.
  • Professional presence and communication skills required.
  • Ability to interact with all levels professionally and appropriately.
  • Must have strong team and customer service orientation.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong critical thinking skills.
