Title: Coordinator, Development and Community Engagement, Prairies and Atlantic
Reports to: Manager, Community Fundraising
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Have completed a post-secondary degree and/or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of 2 years of fundraising, sales and/or service experience;
  • Experience working with donors, event participants, and volunteers;
  • Demonstrate effectiveness in donor relationship building, and ability to build rapport and inspire passion for the organization’s vision and mission in others;
  • Able to manage a diverse workload and respond to shifting priorities;
  • Attentive to detail, highly organized and demonstrated capacity to multitask high-priority items;
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, as well as video chat technology and familiarity with various social medial channels;
  • Experience using a database is an asset. Familiarity with Raiser’s Edge is a strong asset;
  • Located within Alberta, and Manitoba;
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle. This role requires occasional travel with vehicle.
