Military encouraged to apply. Job Description The purpose of this job is to support the Transportation Safety team by coordinating and completing various administrative functions and duties. Track U.S. and Canadian hours of service (HOS) compliance; audit logs and generate reports for management Track all equipment inspections performed by law enforcement on the company fleet; input findings into appropriate management systems Process fines and citations incurred by Drivers related to company equipment violations Respond to all inquiries for employment verifications on former company Drivers Coordinate Driver incentive rewards program Process Driver payroll by auditing exceptions and sending completed payroll file to Payroll department Order, maintain inventory, and distribute supplies for cross-drop prevention program Qualifications Functional Knowledge: Requires a broad understanding of job and applies to a range of processes Business Acumen: Applies understanding of how efforts impact broader objectives Leadership: May act as an informal resource Problem Solving: Solves problems in straightforward situations Impact: Impacts own quality and effectiveness of work Interpersonal Skills: Explains moderately complex information in straightforward situations Timeframe: Must meet near term targets with moderate impact on team deliverables Additional Information Knowledge and Experience Education Required: Associate's Degree or Equivalent Education Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Required: At least 1 Year Experience Specialized Knowledge Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
