The Need
For over 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence, we are seeking a Coordinator, Employee Experience.
The Coordinator, Employee Experience provides administrative, logistical and project support to the Employee Experience team. This position will also be assigned various projects within the team in accordance with need and priority. This position is responsible for assisting in the prioritization, execution, and successful completion of all assigned ongoing and discrete projects within the division.
This position requires a detail oriented and adaptable demeanor, with the ability to prioritize and remain organized to deliver excellence.
This is an in-person position with the option to work in a hybrid capacity (onsite Tuesdays and Thursdays), depending on needs, for candidates based in the Washington, DC area. The role reports to the Sr. Coordinator, Employee Experience, and is open only to individuals authorized to work in the United States.
