WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Independent order processing from order receipt, coordination of production and delivery dates to shipping.  
• Preparation of all necessary documents for the export of goods, taking into account the applicable export and customs regulations (worldwide) 
• Organization of air, road and sea transport  
• Handling of letters of credit 
• Complaint handling, returns processing 
• Handling of transport damage claims 
• international customer service 
• Close collaboration with purchasing, production, sales, warehousing and accounting 
• Contact with freight forwarders, customs, chambers of commerce and banks 
• A dedicated, motivated team 

THIS IS WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Completed commercial training 
• (e.g., freight forwarding clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk) 
• 2-3 years of experience in order processing and/or an international shipping department (customer service, order processing, preparation of export documents, export/import, foreign trade and customs law) is an advantage.
• Proficient use of ERP and CRM systems as well as common MS Office programs 
• Fluent German and English skills 
• Professional, confident demeanor when dealing with our customers 
• Reliable, independent and solution-oriented work style 
• Enjoyment of working in a customer- and service-oriented team
• Ideally, experience in customs (e.g., export control, customs permits, Intrastat declarations) and/or experience in shipping dangerous goods.
