Front Office Supervisor (m/w/d) in Berlin

Location: Berlin-Mitte

Location: Kurfürstendamm

Working hours: Full-time

Size: approx. 500 rooms, 10 conference rooms (up to 1,000 pax)

Type of establishment: stylish business hotel

Your tasks

Responsibility for a smooth workflow at reception
Daily work at the front office and contact person for guests & colleagues
Taking on own projects and tasks at the front office
Support with the onboarding and training of employees and trainees
Close cooperation and optimal communication with all other departments

Your profile

Host with completed training in the upscale hotel industry
High level of commitment and assertiveness
Friendly, competent and helpful personality
Ideally, knowledge of hotel software (e.g., Opera)
Familiarity with the English language for international guests
