Job Description Why You’ll Love This Role You’ll lead a high-performing workshop team, ensuring the City’s fleet, plant and equipment are maintained to peak condition. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where your expertise will shape fleet operations, drive continuous improvement, and enhance service delivery across the City. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and supervise fleet workshop operations Manage fleet maintenance and repair programs Drive safety and compliance across all fleet assets Coordinate fleet projects and strategic replacement planning Analyse performance and prepare management reports Support fleet procurement and tender evaluations Implement “whole of life” costing strategies Mentor and develop workshop staff Ensure high levels of customer service Click here for position description Qualifications What You’ll Bring We’re looking for a fleet management professional with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership.
