  • BA/BS in business, technology or related concentration preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in healthcare operations or accounting/financial practices
  • Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Acts as an intermediary between the facilities and the CBO to resolve and monitor issues and performance so that the revenue cycle is achieving established goals.
  • Participates in the achievement of strategic goals and indicators of revenue cycle success.
  • Motivates CBO and facility departments to achieve established goals and to maintain best of the best processes.
