Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Coordinator at Wellify Property Care, you will assist our Account Manager by playing a key role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, customer service, and scheduling. You will be the first point of contact for clients and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Coordinate schedules, bookings, and workflow for our residential cleaning teams
  • Assist with general administration tasks, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Communicate with clients and staff to ensure service delivery runs smoothly
  • Support management with ad-hoc tasks as required
