WHO YOU ARE: Annually, the Funded Programs Team facilitates approximately 125 international scholarships for participants of Exchange Foundations clients the Albanian-American Development Fund (AADF), the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation (BAFF), and the Romanian-American Foundation (RAF) to participate in research projects, professional internships, and youth leadership training. The Coordinator, Exchange Foundations is responsible for supporting all aspects of these programs, including but not limited to program finance, participant selection, custom internship placement, and programmatic activities. This includes coordination with program participants, host organizations, international program representatives, and other CIEE teams.    What you’ll do: * Support the day-to-day operations of the CIEE Exchange Foundations. * Assist with programmatic events and logistics, including participant Enrichment Programs and preparation for Foundation Board Activities. * Respond in a timely and professional manner to general email inquiries from participants, staff, and international representatives. * Communicate effectively across teams and with various stakeholders as a representative of CIEE. What you’ll bring: The ideal candidate will possess:  * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree. * Excellent Organizational and time management skills with regularly shifting priorities. * Ability and willingness to support U.S.-based staff as directed by supervisor . * Ability and willingness to remain flexible, shifting between projects based on seasonality of program, as directed by supervisor. * Meticulous attention to detail, including financial reporting, in a fast-paced environment. * Strong professional written and verbal communication skills. * Intercultural communication experience is a plus! * Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.  CIEE believes that professionals with varied backgrounds bring unique approaches and ideas to solving problems and advancing our mission to bring the world together.
