Facilitate approximately 5 focus groups with maximum 4 young adult participants per focus group. Ensure inclusive and culturally sensitive facilitation practices. Guidelines for this will be provided by the Future of English team. 1. Managing people 2. Communicating and influencing 3. Planning and organising 4. Analysing data and problems 5. Using technology Managing focus group discussions with young adults, reporting and translating using the global reporting formats. Role specific knowledge and experience (max 450 words in total, 10 bullet points) Minimum/essential Facilitation, Interview conducting skills, Survey handling and translating from English to Arabic.
