Overview of the Role: To support IP House's rapid growth, we seek a Coordinator, Global Field Investigations, reporting directly to the Director, Global Field Investigations. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized, fluent in both written and verbal English (among other languages), and adept at coordinating priorities in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The successful candidate will function as the clearinghouse for internal and external requests to the Global Field Investigations’ team, ensuring team focus, and the smooth delivery and timeliness of services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Tasking, briefing, and administrative management of vendors and internal resources to ensure timely delivery of Global Field Investigations. Providing feedback around tracking and quality of deliverables to the Global Director and Regional Associate Directors of Field Investigations. Quality control of vendor deliverables (evidence including chain of custody, formatting, photos, translation, and proof reading). Assisting in the onboarding of new field operatives and vendors. Managing invoicing and vendor expenditure information. Managing file sharing processes between vendors and IP House. Managing the Global Field Investigations email inbox. Assisting the Global Director and Regional Associate Directors in drafting new field investigation procedures and protocols, where necessary. Update case management systems on an ongoing basis. What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate will be a proactive, solution-oriented professional. The successful candidate will thrive if they have the following qualifications and experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, client services, or in a project support or coordinator role, with demonstrated responsibility managing a large volume of communications and planning and tasking deliverables. Experience in a legal, investigative, consulting, or similar fast-paced environment is preferable. Exceptional organizational skills and a grasp of detail, with a proven ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese would be highly valued. Experience supporting teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, balancing independent initiative with appropriate judgment on escalation. Integrity, discretion, and a commitment to the ethical handling of sensitive information. As a global organization, flexibility around working hours will be important to participate in meetings across time zones. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
