Position Overview Location: Hybrid working arrangement (office/remote) Department: Global Field Investigations Reports To: Manager, Global Field Investigations Salary: paying up to ZAR 46,000/month, depending on experience. To support IP House's rapid growth, we seek a Coordinator, Global Field Investigations Quality Assurance to serve as the cornerstone of the quality assurance of our Field Investigative reports. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized with an eye for detail, an outstanding communicator in English, and adept at processing large amounts of information in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The successful candidate will function as the primary contact for the delivery of high-quality insightful reporting for our field investigative services. Key Responsibilities Create and manage a repository of field investigation report templates. Facilitate the delivery of high-quality reports by providing field investigators support with formatting, proofreading, and other activities that promote clarity, consistency, and professional excellence Facilitate the intake and triage of reports from field investigators, ensuring accuracy, consistency and completeness in reporting to meet client needs and deadlines. Where appropriate, prepare and draft high-quality field investigation reports based on field investigator notes, evidence, and related materials. Support the Manager, Global Field Investigations aligning assignments with client goals, team capacity, and shifting priorities. Work closely with the Manager, Global Field Investigations, Associate Directors and field investigators to provide high-quality reports and suggest further investigative ‘next steps’ in an investigation. Represent Global Field Investigations in relevant internal operational meetings, advocating for the team’s priorities and communicating updates and action items. Systematically gather feedback from team members and cross-functional stakeholders to continuously refine operational processes and provide tailored support. Support the team with essential investigative and evidence-gathering activities. The successful candidate will thrive if they have the following qualifications and experience: Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued. Experience supporting teams and stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, balancing independent initiative with appropriate judgment on when to escalate. Ability to ask clarifying questions. Integrity, discretion, and a commitment to the ethical handling of sensitive information. Willingness and ability to adjust working hours on occasion to participate in or support international meetings.
