POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

The Department of Systems and Industrial Engineering is seeking applications for a Coordinator, Graduate Programs (Student Services Administration Professional III) to support student success and program development for our Systems & Industrial (SIE) Graduate programs. The position is responsible for providing academic advising, programming, scheduling, admissions/enrollment management, and general support of the graduate programs in SIE. The ideal candidate will assist in the maintenance and growth of the Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Master’s in Systems Engineering, Master’s in Engineering Management, PhD in Systems & Industrial Engineering degrees, Accelerated Master’s and gradate certificate programs by serving as a point of contact for admission; managing student plans of study, petitions, and required milestone documentation; advising students on degree requirements; facilitating student-faculty advisor relationships; and working with the graduate studies committee to establish programs processes that are in alignment with SIE and the Graduate College.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with applicable information processing systems used to manage applications and admissions as well as student record-keeping.
