Description

Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding documentation for new employees. * Process amendments to employee terms and conditions, including promotions, transfers and contract changes. * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HRIS systems are updated. * Process employee requests including employment letters, social welfare forms, references and related documentation. * Support Induction and Onboarding processes. * Assist in HR Investigations, performance reviews and disciplinary processes. Core Competencies: * Works within the StandardAero behavioral model and displays professionalism * Works with total discretion and maintains confidentiality * Able to work as a team player and ability to use own initiative * Self-motivated, demonstrates ownership and accountability for tasking, and is flexible and adaptable towards the needs of the role * Able to balance competing priorities of self and others to ensure deadlines are met, whilst understanding the needs, timescales and deadlines of others, enabling the delivery of customer service * Effective oral and written communication skills * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task * Ability to work at pace, plan own work, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ensures that high standards of accuracy are maintained at all times Requirements: * Minimum of 2 year’s experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. * Ability to build relationships with all levels of leadership and employees. * Demonstrated proficiency in organization, planning, and follow-through of assigned tasks. * Experience working with multiple stakeholders/tasks. Preferred Characteristics: * Knowledge of Irish employment law preferred.
