A caregiver who excels in this role will: Coordinate department project activities by distributing reports, facilitating analyses and reporting information. Develop department resource databases to facilitate management of various project activities. Coordinate department scheduling of individuals, resources and activities. Collect, maintain and report information for the department such as patient information, budgets, caregiver PTO and schedule. Function as a department liaison. Assist with performance evaluations, counseling and onboarding of new caregivers. Perform duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects. Maintain office supplies and equipment. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: High school diploma or GED. 3 years of experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects.
