Responsibilities
  • Bring Our Culture to Life: Support the delivery of memorable internal experiences, from company-wide town halls to strategic sessions, recognition events, and culture-building activations.
  • Empower Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that foster connection, collaboration, and a sense of belonging across the organization.
  • Drive Community Impact: Build and sustain relationships with nonprofit partners and coordinate employee volunteer programs that create real impact.
  • Elevate Communications: Help craft compelling event materials and internal messaging, including presentations, invitations, promotional content, and post-event recaps.
  • Support CSR & ESG Efforts: Assist in executing corporate social responsibility programs and tracking community engagement metrics.
  • Manage Details Flawlessly: Coordinate event logistics, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution and unforgettable experiences.
  • Measure & Evolve: Gather feedback, track engagement, and analyze results to continuously improve the employee and community experience.
